Overview

Good Gym Calculator is a barbell training tool that helps athletes calculate warm-up weights, track 1-rep maxes, and log workout sessions. Your privacy is straightforward: everything stays on your device and your gym's own server. We do not collect personal information, and we do not share or sell any data.

What the app stores

The app stores only what you enter manually:

• Exercises Names of lifts and the 1-rep max weights you assign to them.
• Sessions Records of logged workouts — exercise name, sets, reps, and weights.

This data is saved to a server operated by your gym, not to any third-party cloud service. No account, email address, or name is required to use the app.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or crash-reporting telemetry
• No payment information

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any third parties. The workout data you enter is sent only to the gym's own server for storage and retrieval — it is not transmitted to Canon Smith or any external service.

Data retention & deletion

Your data lives on the gym's server for as long as you use the app. To delete your workout history or exercise records, you can remove individual entries inside the app. If you want all data removed, contact your gym administrator or reach out to us at the email below.

Children's privacy

Good Gym Calculator is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
